Digital Assets
The term "digital asset(s)" used by Stakit Global Corp. does not refer to any recognized legal or regulatory category under any national or international framework. Digital assets are inherently volatile, and participation may result in financial loss. Users should evaluate the risks before acquiring, using, or interacting with any digital asset across the Stakit platform. Stakit is not affiliated with or sponsored by any project team behind the digital assets integrated through our platform unless otherwise designated with a legal & binding partnership agreement.
Not Investment Advice
All content and materials made available by Stakit, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, blog, whitepapers, gitbooks, or direct communications, are intended for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Stakit does not provide investment recommendations or strategies and is not a fiduciary. Users must conduct their own due diligence and consult professional advisors before engaging in token-related transactions or staking activities.
Stakit Ventures & Platform Incentives
Stakit and its affiliated ventures may hold various cryptoassets or tokens on their balance sheets for operational or strategic reasons. Stakit may engage with partner projects or support ecosystems as part of its go-to-market efforts. However, any token, collection, or staking opportunity featured through Stakit undergoes an internal review before integration. No listings or integrations imply endorsement or financial relationship unless explicitly disclosed. Even with an internal review, we cannot fully guarantee the substance & intent behind projects that sign up to use our products or services. However, we will do as much due diligence as we can to ensure our users are as safe as possible.
No Insurance
Digital assets accessible through the Stakit platform are not insured by any national insurance bodies (such as FDIC or FSCS), nor do they benefit from the protections typically afforded to traditional financial services. Users assume all responsibility for any loss or damage arising from digital asset usage, including liquidity issues, smart contract failures, or custody errors.
REGIONAL & LICENSE DISCLOSURES
United Arab Emirates (UAE) — DMCC
Stakit Global Corp. is a UAE-registered company operating under Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) regulations and adheres to all applicable guidance issued by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), and DMCC governance. Stakit is not a regulated financial institution and does not hold a financial services license in the UAE. Use of the Stakit platform is subject to all prevailing compliance and AML/KYC standards.
European Economic Area (EEA)
Stakit may provide services in the EEA in accordance with local laws and exemptions available under each jurisdiction's cryptoasset regulatory framework. Unless otherwise stated, Stakit is not licensed as a financial intermediary and does not provide investor protection under MiFID II or equivalent regimes.
Australia
Stakit does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Its offerings are not registered as financial products under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Any services provided in Australia are on a technology-only and execution basis and do not include advice, brokerage, or managed investment services.
United States
Stakit does not operate as a Money Services Business (MSB) within the United States and does not provide services to U.S. residents unless through fully compliant and licensed entities. Users are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to local regulatory obligations. Stakit does not provide access to any assets or tools that qualify as securities under U.S. law.
PLATFORM SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
Third-Party Integrations
Stakit integrates with multiple blockchains, wallets, and partner applications. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or compliance of any third-party provider. Use of third-party tools, wallets, and APIs is at the user's own risk.
No Guarantee of Availability
Stakit makes no guarantees as to the uptime, uninterrupted functionality, or long-term availability of its platform or services. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, cyberattacks, force majeure, or other events.
Security and Technology Risk
While Stakit employs best-in-class security practices & regular security audits, users acknowledge that blockchain-based systems involve technological risks including, but not limited to, smart contract vulnerabilities, malicious exploits, and chain-level attacks. Users must use the platform at their own discretion.
Non-Fiduciary Relationship
Stakit does not act as an agent, broker, trustee, or fiduciary for any user. All decisions made while using the platform are the responsibility of the user.
Legal Compliance
Stakit is committed to maintaining strict compliance with international data protection, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions frameworks. We reserve the right to restrict access to our platform in jurisdictions where use may be prohibited by law.
User Responsibility & Due Diligence
Users are encouraged to conduct their own research (DYOR) and seek professional advice before making any financial decisions. Stakit will not be liable for losses arising from user misunderstanding, misuse of the platform, or market behavior.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes or claims arising out of the use of the Stakit platform will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws and jurisdiction of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or another venue mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Stakit brand, software, and platform remain the exclusive property of Stakit Global Corp. Users agree not to misuse, copy, or republish proprietary content without written permission.
Updates to Disclosures
These legal disclosures may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any material changes through platform announcements or email, and continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
